   Never got my refund for the ticket I purchased and said they would issues refunds

     Find this tickets were very easy and you guys were very helpful.

  The artists were great. However, it appears the promoter misrepresents the event. The event indicated the sitting was on a first come basis. However, attendees were allowed to leave their chairs overnight for the following days. People had umbrellas blocking the view of others, the staff was not allowed to ask the attendee to take them down. Free beer started late, ran out and the pump broke. More restrooms in the VIP section and clean them (possibly everyday); by the end

   The event was great. More port a potties were needed, and they need to be cleaned more often. There were times when we were not allowed out of the VIP section to use other potties, so the wait in line was at least an hour. That is tooooo long to hold it. Especially when you are drinking liquids to stay hydrated in the heat.The event itself was amazing!!!

   Purchased Vip tickets. The kegs of beer were ok, but wasted too much time in the lines,and missing out on the show. Weekend Vips were treated same as the daily vip tickets. No incentive to pay for the whole weekend , if you got treated the same. Also,the saving of spaces by leaving the lawn chairs should not have happened. It should be first come first serve. The groups that were showcased were great. The people serving the beer was charging tips for giving out extra cup b

   The event was great but the VIP tickets were overrated and not worth the additional money. There were easily 1,000 people in the VIP area with only 6 port-a-potties so the line was a long wait but there was no wait in the GA area. When we left Sat evening, we were told we would not be able to return to VIP because there were people waiting to get in, which means VIP was way over sold.... didn't feel so VIP at that point.

   The only resaon I gave it 4 instead of 5. Was beause Vip nweded more bathrooms and the bar was to close. I would've speead that out more.

   VIP Oversold. Ridiculous that I was told if I left vip I couldn’t come back in till people left. Definitely oversold. Raise the price on VIP and cut half the tickets sold. Hot beer is not what we want. Way to many people for y’all t keep up with. I get it, it’s all about the money. VIP IS NOT VIP!

   Safety was not a priority! The “free” beer was not free. Sales people were demanding tips ( the tattoo lady) super rude If you advertise free beer from 7-9, then it should be 7-9, not when the beer runs out The music on Friday night was awesome! Saturday what the hell happened! I’m sorry that Mr Lopez has cancer but this weekend is about the people who made the ultimate sacrifice. Please try to be better … more bathrooms in VIP section please.

     Easy to use ,better then standing in line

   The event itself is great however there needs to be more handicap parking which should have been that entire front parking lot by the entrance, and more lights in the general crowd area. My parents are older but still have mad love for Tejano music and at 80 years old they still live to see events such as this one. Over all it is a great event and thank you for putting it on 🫶🏼

   The only suggestion is giving a 3 day wrist band to wear for three days is not comfortable being that we obviously have to bathe and attend other things that it's not right to wear it. So I would recommend doing 1 color for each day and giving all 3 on day 1. Thank you

  ...it was never made clear that they would not take the stage that late at all. Even one of the persons responsible for selling tickets answered a person asking when they would take the stage with "around 8:45" and that was not the case at all. So I hope Los Palominos will be brought back at another time because we really wanted to see them. Frank did offer to make it right by giving us a discount for the New Years Eve show he is promoting but like i said before, we don't go
